The wife and I stopped in yesterday and bought a couple things and chitchatted with the people there, who were friendly and helpful with our questions from HD parts to where to grab a bite or take a ride locally...........no tax either being in NH so time to buy.
Staff was off, no one offered to help me despite reaching for things, i asked a question and i got a simple "no" and walked away answer. I left right after, im not going to spend my hard earn money that clearly doesn't "need it". Very disappointed
I was visiting from CA while riding with my brother. The staff lady was curt and acted like she was doing me a favor for ringing up my purchases. Kind of the opposite of L.L.Bean in terms of customer support.
